LAWRENCE J. BERGER

Mr. Berger is a graduate of Queens College and New York Law School where he was Editor, Notes and Comments, of the New York Law Forum. He also received a Master of Laws in Corporation Law from New York University School of Law. He is admitted in the Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. During the Lindsay administration, he was an Assistant Corporation Counsel. Commencing in 1970 through 1981, Mr. Berger tried 200 cases per year in the respective Supreme Courts and settled hundreds of other cases each year at the pre-trial level.
