HARVEY I. SHIFF

 

Mr. Shiff graduated from Rutgers College and Georgetown Law School. He was employed as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Real Estate Tax Division of the New York City Law Department in charge of all tax proceedings in Brooklyn and Queens from 1978 through 1988.  He was responsible for the trial or settlement of all major cases in those two boroughs as well as other major cases.
